You are bidding on a Rare Vintage Deerfoot Style Leverlock Switchblade Pocket Knife, Made in Italy, Circa Early-1980s. FEATURES INCLUDE: Fine-Edge Stainless-Steel Sabre-Clip (Flat-Grind) Blade, and a Brown Plastic "Deer Foot" shaped Handle with Brass Bolsters, Pins & Liners, a Leaf-type Kickspring and a Folding Brass Lever-type Release Mechanism to lock & unlock the blade and a Brass Keychain Bail. SPECS INCLUDE: Overall Length is about 7-1/2 inches (w/o bale) with a 3-1/4" Blade and weighs about 3-1/2 ounces. The blade has "STAINLESS" over "STEEL" stamped into the tang. This Knife is in new, unused condition overall and shows only minor handling marks. The blade is full with original factory edge, and has a fast snap with solid lock-up and a little play in both directions, and closes into the handle with the tiniest amount of peak, just enough to catch a fingernail on. The brass hardware looks clean with very little surface patina and the brown plastic "Deer Foot" shaped scales are chip & crack-free. The liners & backspring show minor - moderate surface patina but there are no liner gaps. And, the brass keychain bale is slightly bent which tends to be typical, but still rotates freely.
